會寫此篇是該公司主管“歡迎”我把心聲寫出來，本人只好以謙虛的心情如對方的意在此表達。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電腦下單軟體無法正常開啟，打給客服一問三不知，工程師只會說：怎麼會? 叫我重安裝3次!! 還是不行，請我電話線上等候說要去問其他工程師結果一問超過10分鐘還是沒結論，才說晚點再回撥..... 重點3小時後回撥了，竟然說他們也不知道問題在哪，叫我自己GOOGLE看看有沒有其他人遇過....爛透了!!!! 態度不好、也不專業，掛電話後直接把錢都出金不用日盛下單了!
The computer order software cannot be opened normally. Call the customer service and ask three questions. The engineer will only say: Why? Tell me to reinstall 3 times!! Still not working, please call me and wait on the line to ask other engineers. The result is more than 10 I was still inconclusive, so I said that I would call back later.....The key point was that I called back after 3 hours. They even said that they didn’t know the problem. Ask me to google to see if anyone else has encountered it.... It sucks!!!! Bad attitude and unprofessional. After hanging up the phone, you can directly withdraw the money without placing an order from Risheng!

銀行轉到期貨戶頭會斷線，錢轉不進去，行情跑了，然後就等到天荒地老直到打去反應。
互踢皮球跟“我不知道”是唯二回應（我可能更幸運，挑到的營業員也很糟糕）。
Really bad.
When the bank transfers to the futures account, the line will be disconnected, the money will not be transferred, the market will run away, and then it will wait until the time is old until the response is called.
Kicking each other and "I don't know" were the only responses (I was probably luckier and the salesperson I picked was terrible).
