詳細告知尺寸重量,且由主任報完價格,到場說這尺寸要加5成,還說主任不懂規定,好笑,算出來的價格是主任原始報價加價8.5成(也不是宣稱的5成),礙於都已經親自跑一趟了,忍著氣就寄了,如果要這樣做生意,還是建議大家到別處去寄,免得專程過去還受氣!

想說要選大榮 因為速度比其他物流業來得快 但經歷過這次事情以後未來要選擇寄貨絕對不會選大榮!! 4/15號通知廠商要幫我寄一件貨 請他務必選擇物流最快最信任的大榮 4/16-17週休二 休假兩天 4/18查件顯示包裹在樹林站 故又打電話去大榮樹林站詢問 樹林客服人員一位男性跟我告知說包裹在樹林站所 想說可能包裹貨運太多 所以來不及送 所以直接到樹林站所想要自取包裹 人到那邊的時候 跟我告知說東西不在站所?? 去查去找都找不到我的包裹 說有可能是司機載出門了??? 想知道為什麼你們跟我們告知的包裹在樹林站 到現場又跟我告知東西不在站所 請問你們的作業流程是出了什麼問題??? 後續跟一位小姐通電話 詢問說有沒有辦法幫我聯絡司機 跟我說沒辦法 因為他們也不知道司機電話是多少 輸入簡碼撥號的 但司機沒接電話 跟我告知說等司機回來 會請人找出這個包裹 然後會電話通知我 我說好 再跟我告知,有找到的話我們明天一早營業時間就去站所自取 等了12個小時 結果是無消息 我的包裹去向我也渾然不知 因為一直都顯示配送未完成(下個工作日配送) 想詢問一下貴公司的SOP是不是需要重新修正一下??
