站內老舊骯髒，南投唯一到台北的客運，只有這個選項
給最爛最舊要淘汰的車給南投，車上有蟑螂跟尿騷味，頭髮油味，服務很兇，多年搭乘不見改善，票價又漲到375，完全不合這個價錢
隔壁總達客運反而進步改善得多

等了一個小時才說沒位置叫我們坐到草屯再坐埔里往台北的車子，真的太爛
