★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前幾天去門市買蛋黃酥跟鳳梨酥，遇到下雨，店員知道我騎機車，怕禮盒被淋濕，叫我等一下，拿了透明塑膠袋幫我包裝好，第一次遇到這麼貼心的店家，我給5顆星：）

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 進門說想試吃喜餅，離打烊時間大概還有快一個小時，但店員一副我們打擾到他們下班的樣子，也完全沒有跟我們提到試吃的部分。
就因為婚期還有半年就沒打算介紹，想看喜餅的展示品還要一個一個指示才願意拿出來，然後展示一下馬上就收起來了…
跟附近其他喜餅店相比，這樣的服務體驗，完全不會想在這邊消費。

這家典型口袋深度決定服務態度，店員的態度真的是無法認同，試吃也是要拿不拿的很怕別人試吃，試吃是能吃幾片？
可能郭元益的消費大宗不是喜餅吧！介紹時連價格、優惠都可以記不熟也是滿特別的。
