★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and warm atmosphere at a decent price for all-you-can-eat afternoon tea buffets in this area. This place is spacious and nicely decorated for gatherings. Food options include Taiwanese dishes, Japanese-fusion dishes and Western dishes. The dessert area is heaven on earth, with a dozen options of cakes, chocolate mousse, Hotel Royal-Nikko's classic cheesecakes, and more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are only two things that are good here. One is its cheese cake. Second is its service. Utterly disappointed. This restaurant is in a five-start hotel, yet its food sucks! Expensive without any reasons of being expensive. Wouldn't come again. But I have to say again, service here is really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure if this is the best buffet restaurant or not. But I can assure that the food quality and the food taste are very good. The service is also good given that this café is managed by a hotel. The food variety is reasonable, you can taste Asian and Western cuisine here. A reservation is a better way to ensure a table spot since this place is popular during the weekend, especially during tea time. And more importantly, they can serve halal food upon request. Located near Taipei Main Station, the café is easy to reach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whatever you do, don't go for the buffet. The afternoon tea set box is so much better! The afternoon tea area is separate to the buffet area, more quiet and comfortable with attentive service. The afternoon set is served in 3 tiered boxes, 2 savoury boxes containing Japanese dishes like sushi and tempura. The 3rd box has a mix of mini desserts and fruit. The meal is light and great for chit chat.
