★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 快打烊時購買！詢問還可以買嗎！櫃檯女店員不耐煩的問了裡面像是店長的男生（身穿藍色襯衫?）結帳了嗎，男生說還沒，才不甘願的讓我購買，一結完帳，直接翻白眼趕快取按鐵門開關！原來統一集團可以放任這種員工來破壞自己的公司形象?????這種員工不應該處理一下嗎？
 Buy before closing time! Ask if you can still buy it! The female clerk at the counter impatiently asked the boy (wearing a blue shirt ? ) who looked like the store manager if he had checked out, the boy said no, so he was unwilling to let me buy it. Iron door switch! It turns out that Uni-President Group can let such employees destroy their company image ????? Shouldn’t this kind of employees be dealt with?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員應該再更專業一點會更好，沒有主動詢問要不要刷載具跟open point 會員，等我自己開口詢問，她們只說一句來不及了發票已經出來了……買兩個甜甜圈拿五百塊給她們，居然跟我說沒錢能找我！？我傻眼，沒錢能找怎麼會跟客人說？我能怎麼辦？（後來有解決，就是用兩個五十代替一百）
The clerk should be a little more professional. It would be better. I didn't ask if I wanted to swipe the vehicle and open point members. When I asked myself, they only said that it was too late. Give them a piece of money, and tell me that they can find me without money! ? I was dumbfounded, how could I tell the guests if I had no money? what can I do? 振興券另有優惠200元振興券可買300的甜甜圈，當下買313元搭配200元振興券..不確定為何不是200振興券（300元)+現金13元，而是200元振興券+現金113元…？當下後面很多人排隊所以沒立即問，若有mister donut工作人員知道可以回答一下：/

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly ventilated shop design, stuffy during winter when air conditioning is off, but too cold or draft is uncomfortable when it's on. Suggest smaller lower air blower units, centralized system is not really working in this shop
