★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a foreigner and I didn't come to lend any books but I just enjoy sitting there and read my own books. It is free to enter, you don't need a membership, Passport or ID card. In the second and third floor is plenty of space to sit, read and learn. The atmosphere is just perfect, everyone is respecting the rules and you don't hear any whisper or talk. I can recommend it for everyone who wants some quiet time for reading or studying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very modern, clean and quiet library. No ID or registration needed if you want to read books there. Fantastic! I also often take my own book and just go study there because the environment is so good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Public library, can use your ARC to enter. Its Huge with iTaiwan Wifi access and, although there are lots of seats its still not enough for students specially this time that everybody has to seat 1 table apart. Expect no seats on weekend unless you come very early. There are no plugs/outlets to charge your laptop or electronic devices on tables. some tables on the 3rd floor has but only 2-4 tables.
