★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 把客人店到店的包裹搞丟！ 居然發生這麼嚴重的失誤！調閱監視器也沒請客人一起去看，只說把店翻遍都找不到，是不是被店員勿丟不見了也不知道呢。事後處理態度不積極！差勁透了！
說要按照店到店條款賠償，好幾天了，也沒消沒息的。
