★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gonna apply for a new program for my phone, the officer didn't let us apply the program at first even we brought the original copy which described the program. This made me feel that they did not understand their business.
The officer only rushed for his break and didn't have patience to deal with our problem any longer.
