★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is very clean, spacious and with a wide selection of equipment. It has a separate room for classes such as spinning, trx and other classes. The bathrooms are very clean with lockers and showers for after training. A great mix of free and machine weights. Cardio equipment includes stair climbers and running machines. The equipment is modern and very clean. The staff are knowledgable on the equipment and happy to demonstrate correct technique and very friendly. Ellie and Ken can speak some English. It has great opening hours until about 10.30pm If you're a foreigner, it's a great gym to check out or train in. There is a number of payment options when you sign up. Overall a top class gym with great staff in Luodong.
