It is an exquisite small shop hidden in the basement. It is made by reservation. The boss makes various dishes with his heart. The soup with cod roe tea-zimmer is delicious, and the attached tea bowl is steamed and melts in the mouth. The freshly made mentaiko rice balls are also delicious. 點了ㄧ份深深飯糰 其中包含兩種口味飯糰（自行選擇）、海鮮蒸蛋、海老味噌湯，飯糰我選擇鮭魚和辣味增小魚，還點ㄧ份松葉蟹茶漬和雲丹茶漬以及明太子玉子燒。
個人比較推薦辣味增飯糰，鮭魚飯糰相比較普通，這家飯糰的飯比較鬆散、不是烤的！
海鮮蒸蛋還不錯，味噌湯稍微有點鹹，可能喝幾口會ㄧ直想喝水。
松葉蟹茶漬（茶泡飯）非常鮮，蟹的份量很有誠意，雲丹茶漬就是海膽泡飯，相較清淡非常多，覺得ㄧ般般。
明太子玉子燒的明太子也非常有誠意，蛋非常軟嫩也很甜。

I ordered a deep rice ball, which contains two flavors of rice ball (choose by yourself), seafood steamed egg, Eilao miso soup. For the rice ball, I choose salmon and spicy miso fish. I also ordered Matsuba crab tea pickles and Yundan tea pickles, and Mentaiko Yuko burn.
I personally recommend the spicy miso rice balls. The salmon rice balls are relatively ordinary. The rice balls at this restaurant are looser and not grilled!
The seafood steamed egg is not bad, the miso soup is a bit salty, and you may want to drink water after a few sips.
Matsuba crab chazuke (chazuke rice) is very fresh, and the portion of the crab is very sincere. Yundan chazuke is sea urchin rice with rice, which is much lighter than it, and it feels like so.
Mentaiko tamagoyaki is also very sincere, and the eggs are very tender and sweet.
