This is a pretty standard Starbucks. But if you are unable to find a seat at the nearby Starbucks (which last I checked there were 3 or 4), then this one will more than likely have a seat for you. Worth the extra 2 minute walk to enjoy my delicious coffee with the comfort of a chair below me.
