A very depressed place as most of people required their expensive apple products to be repaired. The queue is always big thus it is recommended to go super early.

We had no problems getting our whole screen replaced due to a dead pixel on the new 2016 retina MacBook. Other stores were reluctant to do it saying it wasn't covered under warranty but the guys here were very cool about it! They mentioned it could take 5-7 days but we got it in about 4. Great service.

Made appointment to swap Macbook Pro 2016 screen due to backlight issues covered under Apple warranty. No issues with the order, but they recorded my phone number incorrectly and I didn't get the message that they were done. I called to check after 7 business days and they had me come to the store to pick it up, no big deal. Came to pick up and at the counter realized they had messed up the keyboard. Certain keys like Left Shift, Right Command and tilda weren't working anymore, and they DEFINITELY were before I dropped off the computer. They put in another work order that was covered under another warranty I wasn't aware of. After another 5 business days, I got a text message (they corrected my phone number the second time around) and went to pick up. Everything about the Macbook works like a dream. New battery and touch pad because the way they repair the keyboard is to swap out everything. I basically got a new computer out of it asides from the SSD and RAM. Pros: Warranties were honoured and zero cost to me for what amounts to a new screen, built-in camera, keyboard, touch pad and battery. This is the meat of the service and good work from Studio A in this regard. Cons: The mistaken phone number the first time was annoying, but mistakes happen and I don't mind that too much. The bigger issue is they broke my keyboard. If the work and parts weren't covered by another warranty, it would have been a nightmare. Thankfully that was avoided.

I️ walked in and tried to find out if I️ can’t fix my iPad. The service staff just gave me a ticket and told me to wait. I️ waited for 2 hours for one question. It’s extremely difficult to believe that Apple has this terrible service provider.
