★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 那邊有停車場真的很方便，但希望垃圾能清一下，然後停車的人要有公德心，別亂丟垃圾！從沒看過收費停車場都是垃圾的....

打服務電話也都沒人接！
還一直漲價，服務也沒做到那邊，不知道在漲什麼意思的??♀️??♀️
在中和還真沒遇過這麼爛的停車場⋯⋯??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 月租汽車出不去 打電話問服務人員得到的回覆卻是 （開的進去一定開的出來）可是辨識系統顯示無資料 汽車就是出不去反應過後卻覺得好像要自認倒霉一樣
I can’t get out of the monthly rental car, but the response I got by calling the service staff is (if you drive in, you must drive out), but the identification system shows that there is no information. The car just can’t get out. After the reaction, I feel like I’m going to admit it’s bad luck.

而且發票還要特地一個不明顯的按鈕才會提供，超級奇怪的…

告知服務處 也是沒辦法即時處理
試問 月租的意義在哪裡? 難道就是為了屋頂而已嗎?
如果髒亂無法好好處理 是否可擺設垃圾桶?
地上滿是垃圾就算了
上次車位還有人棒賽在地上
X的~噁心(但這跟停車場無關 純抱怨)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 停電 柵欄也沒先告知 凌晨要出去等了3 4小時 打過去叫我們月租戶自己處理 後面打電話直接掛斷 這態度真的糟透了
Power outage, the fence didn't tell me first, I had to go out in the early morning and waited for 3-4 hours. I called and asked our monthly tenant to handle it myself, and then hung up on the call. This attitude is really bad.
