★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來辦理Richart網路銀行業務，臨櫃辦理才發現只需電話聯絡客服即可，一般這種客人大概揮揮手叫我回家弄就行了吧？
不過行員品岑很有耐心地幫我撥給客服、確認我的問題已解決並予我聯絡方式，告訴我日後若有任何問題可以事先與她確認是否需臨櫃辦理?一些我沒注意到的細節也都幫我注意到了，非常專業與細心！！?
等候的時間雖略久，但服務的品質好，入口保全與行員品岑都相當體貼，若每位客戶都得到完善的服務，等候時間變久也是相當合理的吧！？
I came to handle the Richart Internet Banking service. I found out that I only need to call the customer service when I went to the counter. Normally, this kind of customer probably waved and told me to go home, right?
However, the staff member Pincen was very patient to help me call the customer service, confirm that my problem has been solved, and give me the contact information, tell me if there are any problems in the future, I can confirm with her in advance whether I need to go to the counter to handle some things I haven't noticed The details have also helped me notice, very professional and attentive! ! ?
Although the waiting time is a bit longer, the quality of the service is good, and the entrance security and the staff are very considerate. If every customer receives a perfect service, the waiting time will be longer. It is quite reasonable! ?
