★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 潭子這間合庫大概是我去過效率最差的國營企業銀行，大概是績效固定領慢慢來！一個櫃臺半小時只頂多跳一號。。。沒人管，襄理經理可能真的是塑膠。。。

一號窗口櫃檯行員態度真的有夠差，從叫號的態度，跟辦事情要求證件，都好像欠他錢一樣
辦理事情處理程序不對，也不知道
跑去問經辦回來也不知道怎麼處理
直接回應無法處理，跟他理論後
跑去問後面襄理，還跟襄理說了句，
（人家說客服說可以辦理看你怎麼辦）
最後搞清楚後才打電話去確認，請我到開戶分行辦理，才連忙再道歉
全銀行就這小姐沒戴口罩，穿拖鞋上班
真的覺得公股銀行，就可以這麼囂張嗎？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這家根本詐騙，尤其在存利率時，記得一定有存一年利息，櫃檯會先騙你說只有三個月的，但是不要去相信，你下句話問櫃檯是不是非強制，櫃檯連一句話都不敢回你，直接就給你存一年。
新手用戶千萬不要被騙，尤其是那個體型微胖的櫃檯

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 效率低，動作慢，明明在場只有2～3位客人，開戶專櫃卻只有一個服務人員在處理，其他人看起來很閒還有說有笑，讓客人在旁邊等得很不耐煩，等了一個半小時後輪到我，又說我資料「好像」準備得不齊全，因為是國外出生所以手續比較繁雜，但我之前也在別家銀行開過戶所以資料「絕對」準備妥當，櫃檯小姐一直自言自語說他「印象中」不只要準備這些東西，我好像還缺少什麼，等他一個一個說完我把資料全都拿出來，他才回：對啦對啦是這些，看不懂英文真的可以問欸：）明明就是資料上面的東西拿給她也不仔細看清楚，後來又跟我說戶籍地不在那，要去戶籍地的區域辦才可以，我也等得不開心所以想說算了，後來到別家分公司櫃檯小姐跟我說不管你戶籍地在哪一區基本上是都可以辦理開戶的，我知道我的身分問題開戶手續一定很麻煩很複雜，但貴公司服務人員一副就是「好麻煩喔，這個很難處理，這個要到別區辦才可以啦」散漫態度令人不敢恭維，以後不會再訪。
