服務親切,便利,新開戶辦理速度問題,有時是承辦人員休假,代班行員不熟悉操作的緣故,我新開戶剛好遇到外匯行員代班新開戶行員,從早上十點左右辦到傍晚6點多,鐵門都關上3小時了還沒辦好…當時只拿到簿子…其他剩餘部份~卡片、網銀設定、帳戶設定、約定帳戶設定,都挪到隔天再繼續處理;辦理當天我還走去鹿港菜市場吃中餐,還幫代理行員買了中餐和飲料,看行員從早為了幫我開戶忙到下午都還沒進食,所以多買一份請行員先吃一下不要累壞了,我還全程在旁安慰行員不要緊張,慢點沒關係我不急,我是覺得沒什麼。 代班行員不熟悉新開戶的業務,而新開戶需要填寫的資料和程序原本就比較多,並且還要查詢客戶的金融狀況和非法使用機率;所以慢點、等久點有什麼關系呢?正常每一間銀行開戶1~2小時都算基本的吧!況且這也是防止洗錢、詐騙、金融犯罪、的前哨站,不調查清楚就讓你(妳)能隨便、簡單就能辦理的話,這樣才是有問題吧!感覺其他評論者為免也講的太嚴重了吧?不懂銀行、金融、等法律常識,就多問問,不要遇到{自己感覺}不對就亂批評好嗎?銀行、金融、從業人員他們都很辛苦的好嗎?每天為客戶戰戰兢兢的辦理各種金融業務;為客戶辦理金融業務時賬目上不容許出任何差錯,臨櫃還要為客戶留意詐騙問題,平常還要為非法金流等問題把關,而且根據我的了解,他們雖然是坐辦公室在冷氣房工作,其實賺錢的都是公司,行員的薪水並不是很高;平常上班就要隨時隨地的繃緊神經,不容許出任何差錯,還要讓你(妳)這種無知的人這樣批評?你(妳)覺得容易嗎?直接以{自我感覺}來批評別人好嗎?立場對調·換作是你(妳),你(妳)感受如何? ?奉勸~ ⭕覺得辦理新開戶等太久的可以去別間開。(多跑幾間銀行問看看,如有辦理新開戶不用1小時的再介紹給我一下。) ⭕覺得辦理金融業務時行員態度差的,也可以去別間開,不用遇到就抱怨批評成這樣。(試問銀行行員認真、戰戰兢兢的幫你(妳)辦理金融業務,每天業務量那麼多,神經已經夠緊繃了,薪水也沒特別多,還一定要對不熟悉的你(妳)阿諛奉承、陪笑臉嗎??這是什麼思想和邏輯,我真的搞不懂)
