★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5/6早上存入硬幣$11352,值班人員也當場清點過無誤,完成手續我才離開,1小時之後接到通知說少$500,我立馬到銀行處理,真的很無言,要我簽收錯誤證明,真的很無奈,冤枉至極,況且這並不是我個人的錢,只因不能換鈔票,所以存入我帳戶,再拿現金給主人,試問,這過程我有錯嗎?為何要我承擔,無辜的老百姓就要無奈畫押,覺得非常無言且冤枉,這樣,以後誰敢去銀行存錢,此次金額雖不多,但就是覺得非常不合理,一直以來,不都是說當面點清,事後不負責的嗎?為何我要承擔?很嘔,原來台灣的銀行是這樣處理事情的

11/2同家人去合庫竹東分行開戶,預約的時間已到,也通知我們已到了,查看開戶專櫃還在幫一位老太太作業中,於是只有等……,一段時間後,本以為輪到我們,結果還要再等另一位,延誤了42分鐘,才輪到我們,在承辦過程中,專櫃小姐問了一個問題:《請問你的家人和朋友,是否有從事政治工作?》,我聽了後反問,該問題和此次開戶是否有關聯?小姐一時支支吾吾回答不知所云,當下我對合庫銀行徹底失望,若不是公司的薪資轉帳需要,打死也不會和這樣的銀行往來,人員沒有效率,教育訓練不夠,這樣都可以上崗……呵呵,這就是我今天認識的合庫竹東分行。
問題一: 在等待過程中,行員沒有人向我們解釋為何延誤?
問題二: 在承辦中專櫃小姐有說前一組是公司集體開戶,時間較長,
當下我忍住了沒有提問,是不是集體開戶在插隊?否則怎會延誤42分鐘,不是都預約嗎?銀行連所需的時間都無法掌握,民眾的時間就不重要?
希望竹東分行能提出解釋,還是要反應到總行,才有解釋權限?

At the moment, I am completely disappointed with Heku Bank. If it were not for the company’s salary transfer needs, I would not deal with such a bank if I was killed. Question 1: During the waiting process, no one from the crew explained to us why the delay was delayed?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7號櫃檯專門辦理開戶的小姐,效率、態度極差,早上10點預約辦開戶,通知改到下午2點,下午1點半通知可以提早過去辦理,人到櫃檯一直要我用手機掃QRcode辦理就好,問題剛好手機剩4%電量,櫃檯小姐不死心一直操作到自動關機,才心不甘情不願的用人員辦理的方式,試問這麼不想辦理,不如把櫃檯收掉,站在外面發QRcode單子如何?
回家後,發現網銀沒給憑證密碼,不能約定轉帳,且申辦的開戶跟當時講的不同,只辦理到印章沒有簽名,前前後後又跑三趟合庫銀行,實在太佩服開戶小姐了!真的該重新教育訓練!
