★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An expensive hot spring resort in Beitou. The services need a lot of improvement. The receptionist was not so efficient that made the customers waiting too long. The Chinese restaurant is well known as Qiyan No. 1. The foods may be famous since the old time. The famous dishes are still popular up to now. The intern Lin Yi Chun from City College served dinner very well. All the diners were enjoying the dinner very much with a lot of fun and joy. The in room hot spring bath tub is very small. The public hot springs are small too, but feel much better than in room hot spring. Overall experience is average without any special experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the set dinner 大地套餐 in the Western restaurant (喜歡廳). The food was a surprise! Taste was great, the preparation excellent and a real pleasure to look at and the table wine (Chardonnay) pretty drinkable for it’s price level. The service was also very good. Our waiter Allen explained all the different dishes to us and made good suggestions. We will surely be back sometime!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay for the hot spring and meal.. not too bad but the hot spring room is not spacious as expected. There’s no view which is too bad... but staff is pretty attentive and friendly. I would say it’s more local style. Not too cheap for the hot spring service but a good option to spend the last day of the year. Pretty relax and quiet environment. Shuttle service is convenient but schedule wise is not too friendly... during week day , only one shuttle bus an hour ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable atmosphere, fantastic collection of books, and mind blowing dishes! Such a great place found right in the middle of the city. Make sure to bring your swim suit along with you, as you can be sure to have a wonderful time on the side of the pool~

All the staff are informative, friendly and extremely helpful.
The rooms are cozy and comfortable with great amenities.The scent in all of the communal areas of the hotel is amazing.
Excellent food and hot springs.
I had a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay.
Overall, the service was beyond expectations and I felt safe to stay during pandemic because the hotel followed the covid 19 protocols from the moment I arrived.
Thank you for the fantastic hospitality.
I would totally recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably one of the most frequent hot springs I would visit and recommend. The parking attendants, concierge, guest check in area are all a great entry into setting your mood to have a nice hot springs bathe. The quality of the springs and hotels is of very high standard. I love the setting and the amenities. Definitely would recommend anyone to come here and visit!
