★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People in Taiwan love buffet. I only like oyster buffet and preferably French oysters. Launched on June 2nd, the Kitchen Table serves a brand new weekend brunch. Just the all-you-can-eat French oysters ad free-flow sparkling wine makes me happy already!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located on the lobby floor beside the pool. The service is great with very polite staff.
The breakfast buffet spread is excellent with international and local selection. There are 3 cooking stations when food is prepared when ordered-eggs, noodles and dumpling/gyozas. There is also a fruit station when fruit juices are prepared fresh. Interestingly, there is an ice cream station when you can have ice cream in a cone or waffle bowl!
The decor is bright and modern-as one would expect of a restaurant in W.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had buffet lunch first time in W hotel, and I'll recommend to give it a try if you've never been here. The variety and taste of the buffet was a bit western (with only little Taiwanese flavor), so it's a bit different than most buffet I've tried. However, I love the fresh fruit juice bar they provide, the unique modern decoration comparing with other hotels, and most of all, the special dishes provided by the chef. I love having surprises except the expected buffet dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ service was fine, food qualities and selections were just below average. rib and steak were juicy and delicious. cold plate shrimps n scallops were fresh. oysters were so tiny and dry. I guess I have other better options for lunch buffet than here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the space and design. I didn't try the buffet, instead tried the a la carte menu and the Thai beef noodle which is pretty good but I found the beef to be on the tough side. The waiter was so nice, he kept bringing salad, pizza etc to our table. Will come back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service and food quality top-notch as standard with international Marriott group. Lobster, abalone, scallops, shrimps, sushi were really fresh. Server brought a special dish for us to try that wasn’t on the buffet table.
For me a place to dine for special occasions, or suitable for that last great meal on your last night in Taipei with family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, I’m quite disappointed at the food quality especially all-you-can-eat lobsters. The seafood is quite dry. This might not be a better option if you’ve got some to choose cuz the price is way too expensive yet the food quality and taste is way below the average. However, the service is awesome. People are always smiling and polite.
