★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 花蓮車站及新城車站TR9租車站點服務人員態度專業又親切，車況也很棒；所以一直喜歡在TR9租車，清明連假期間到台東，第一次接觸台東車站TR9站點服務人員，態度實在很差，臉色更差，讓我以後去台東都不想去那租車了。
 The service staff at the TR9 car rental station at Hualien Station and Xincheng Station are professional and kind, and the car is in great condition; I have always liked to rent a car at TR9. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新城站這裡的服務人員給了我們一台的無車胎紋且車輪漏氣的車，我們很粗心的騎了半天後才發現，打電話給站點人要求換車，其表示已休息，要求我們隔天配合他們站點第一個預約客人的到達時間換車，最後我們騎到花蓮車站換車，只能說我們是冒著生命危險過了1天。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛下火車到花蓮新城就遇到超好的機車行老闆，車況保持很好又乾淨，會提醒要拍照記錄避免糾紛，還讓我們非常受驚主動提出幫我們載大的行李箱省下一筆計程車費用，真的很難忘。建議如果要提早還車要提前一天打電話跟老闆確認以免到場撲空，雖然店面門上寫營業時間是8～17但平常沒什麼人可能比較彈性。非常推薦來這租車！！店面位置從新城火車站出來左手邊廁所旁邊就是～
