★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食材用料實在，豬腳、松阪豬、紅豆湯、排骨酥麵等味道有別於自己過去吃的工法，挺嶄新的，整體佳，推薦。
 The ingredients are real. The taste of pork knuckle, Matsusaka pork, red bean soup, short ribs noodles and other flavors are different from what I used to eat in the past. It is quite new, and the overall is good. Recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 花蓮在地老店了。老闆和老闆娘都超級親切，東西料好實在，有牛肉麵、有鍋、有熱炒。麵超彈、超Q，但牛肉湯頭口味偏鹹了點。
Hualien is an old store here. The boss and the proprietress are super friendly, and the ingredients are good and real, including beef noodles, pots, and stir-fries. The noodles are super springy and super Q, but the beef broth tastes a bit salty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛肉麵吃起來像是”牛肉乾”麵，就是全聯賣的五香”牛肉乾”的味道，湯頭的部份有點偏藥膳，個人不推。
小菜水準中偏下
用餐環境倒還可以，其它創意家常菜沒試吃，牛肉麵的部份鐵定是不好吃！
Beef noodles taste like "beef jerky" noodles, which is the flavor of the five-spice "beef jerky" sold by Quanlian. The soup is a bit more medicinal, so I don't recommend it.
The level of side dishes is low
The dining environment is okay. I haven't tried other creative home-cooked dishes. The beef noodles are definitely not tasty!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛肉湯沒有中藥味，也不會辣、不油，喝完不會口渴，是令人難忘的好滋味。麵條更是Q彈有勁，吸收飽滿的湯汁，入口香濃。還有我最喜歡的紅茶，甜而不膩，每次回去還有多帶幾杯喝，便宜又大杯。我是老客人了，從小到大味道都沒有變，老闆的堅持與用心是真的看得到。
The beef soup has no Chinese medicine flavor, nor is it spicy or oily, and it will not be thirsty after drinking it. It is an unforgettable good taste. The noodles are more elastic, absorb the plump soup, and the entrance is fragrant. There is also my favorite black tea, which is sweet but not greasy. Every time I go back, I bring a few more cups to drink, which are cheap and large. I am an old customer, and the taste has not changed since I was a child. I can really see the boss's persistence and intentions.
