After moving to a new house far from this gym I decided to cancel both my and my wife's membership. I emailed in May 2021 requesting to cancel the memberships. Then the lockdown occurred and I was told that my membership could not be canceled because the gym would be closed now after not being able to visit the gym but still being charged I am being told that not only is my 13200 ntd deposit gone (1 all location membership 7200 deposit and 1 single location membership 6000 deposit) but I am being given a bill for an additional 1850ntd... total cost to cancel membership 15500ntd!!!!
After being a member for well over a year and referring several friends and family to join?♂️
This is either outright fraud or extreme incompetence by the staff. Either way I'd recommend anyone considering this gym to avoid.
