★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They tried to charge me NT$1600 instead of the usual NT$1350 (which is already too high). I heard there are a lot of scams in Vietnam, but I didn't realize they would start before I even arrived in the country. Disgraceful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything worked unnecessary slowly, probably based on the fact that I told them that the price of the visa is higher than everywhere else...
They told me they call me.. they didn't they said they write me an email in general the said they contact me when they have the approval letter!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fee for a single entry 30 day tourist visa is NT1850 (as stated on various sources online), but they tried to charge me 200 extra. They said it was because I filled out the form by hand (their printer wasn't working). After asking about the price increase, they begrudgingly let me pay the normal price, mumbling something about giving me a discount. Don't let them overcharge you! Also, try to print out the application form in advance so you don't have to use their ancient, ailing computer and printer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one is going to love an office like this, they're not generally fun places. But the biggest problem, I think, is their very limited opening hours. Take today as an example: Wednesday before Chinese New Year, but it's not a public holiday and their G Maps hours list doesn't indicate any different hours. So I go. Aaaaand they're closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to obtain a tourist visa for Vietnam. Clerk spoke English and explained I could use their computer to fill out required form and print. I did so and then left my passport, form and 1 photo with them for processing. Was able to pick it up 2 days later with visa intact. It cost NT$1350 for single entry, one month visa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Single Entry Tourist Visa cost 1350NT and took a couple of days only, not even a week. My finished visa had a wrong date when I picked it up, so make sure to check before leaving the counter. The mistake was corrected and I got a new visa in less than half an hour. The staff was very friendly, too!
Other reviewers mentioned the old computer for filling in the visa application. I filled mine in online at the website of Vietnamese MOFA and printed that at home, which was perfectly fine for the application.
