板橋的仁化街最近新開了一家雞蛋糕,常常都有人排隊,而且早早就會賣光,讓人不禁好奇想買來吃吃看。 溫叨的雞蛋糕是使用韓式雞蛋燒的模具製作,除了雞蛋糕之外,也確實有販售雞蛋燒,口味蠻多又可以選擇雞蛋燒的蛋黃熟度,蠻不錯的。 我個人很愛雞蛋糕,此行的目的也放在雞蛋糕上,溫叨的雞蛋糕是有包餡的類型,還特別製作了可以烙印出logo 的工具,我點了三種口味,奶油、布朗尼、草莓奶油,雞蛋糕本身的外皮有很香的蛋和麵糊的香味,奶油口味很滑順,而且奶香氣很足,布朗尼口味則是包了一整塊布朗尼蛋糕,但可能因為我剛吃完奶油口味的關係,所以布朗尼口味稍嫌乾了一點,最後吃的是草莓奶油口味,其實就是加了奶油餡及草莓餡,但草莓餡很厲害,是真的草莓製作而成,裡面還吃得到草莓果粒,很推!

溫叨雞蛋燒 35元 濃濃卡士達 25元 最近這種雞蛋燒好像滿紅的 聽說是韓式雞蛋燒 好奇特地來買顆嚐嚐 感覺就像是雞蛋糕的變形版本 有甜有鹹 卡士達 紅豆是標配 肉鬆 芋泥也少不了 有傳統型也有包餡型 先說結論是吃起來還不錯 *溫叨雞蛋燒是新開的小店 江子翠捷運站3號出口走3~5分鐘一下就到 不想等的話可以出捷運站前打電話預定 *不過查了一下 korean pancake相關詞彙找不太到相應的 懷疑緣起又是「台灣的」韓式雞蛋燒 溫叨雞蛋燒 就是原味雞蛋燒 一顆約75g 一半雞蛋糕一半是半熟的純粹雞蛋 因為沒其他配料 所以可以嚐出最原始的味道 餅皮與雞蛋緊密結合 且餅皮口感鬆軟 雖說歸類為鹹味 但是味道算是半甜的 是來自餅皮的甜 其與半熟蛋黃味道的結合是很搭配 個人滿愛的 35元的價格雖不便宜但還算可以 濃濃卡士達 果然不久後順路又來訪 這次換甜口味的 整體來說就像是傳統包餡雞蛋糕 但是餅皮更鬆軟 內餡更天然 材料用好一些 與傳統用乳瑪琳的奶油餡不同 這裡的卡士達是比較偏液體狀的 且不是重奶油味 是偏香濃的牛奶味 覺得不錯 這個也推 *下次會想再試試其他口味 *兩位店員很客氣 態度佳 推推
