★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Yayoi restaurants are consistent in both atmosphere and food quality. I really like that they have group tables where two families can sit together and yet order meals separately. The Att branch is well lit and we managed to get our 9 people group seated at 7.30pm on a Sunday evening. I ordered the 1.5x large steak set which came on a hot plate. The beef was well cooked and tender but it wasn’t seared, so I suspect it’s done in a sous vide way then put on the hot plate. It would have been better if it was seared..! Otherwise the set was good. The noodles, edamame, chawanmushi, katsu sets ww ordered were all great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plating looks fancy and good, but at the end it wasn't the best japanese resto, the taste was okay-ish. Bit pricey, but still affordable. Good portion single portion size. The restaurant have a good calming vibe inside, good for a date or a meetup with friends
