瓏山林社區 is a gated community, and it has regular pre-scheduled community bus running between various streets of the community and the 東湖 area of Taipei City, with aim to serve community residents for connection with Taipei MRT train system. There are also frequent Taipei municipal bus service at walking distance outside the Community gate area, including 278, 281, and 630 lines. While the Community is located at Xizhi District of the New Taipei City, its economic and social centers are more close to 東湖 and other areas of Taipei City. With increasing numbers of cars in metropolitan Taipei area and scarce parking spaces, two parking spaces per house actually provide both parking convenience and huge financial saving for the home owners who need to drive and who own the cars.
