陳	陳崇萱 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這次參加麗晶郵輪的旅遊，本來充滿開心又期待的心情。結果在出發前一晚的近九點，收到通知行程被迫更改地點或換出發日，一直跟負責承辦的人員連繫，卻遲遲得不到回應。感覺很差……真的很差……！直到一個半小時才回應，她也是只能回應《我不是主管無法給妳任何承諾》，雖然知道最後的結果是不會改變，但是整個過程旅行社的承辦人員，態度顯得非常不積極，處理時非常不具同理心《一切都是官方說法》。試問這樣還能讓人說這家旅行社服務很棒嗎……？～是絕對不推薦！！！！！！！ This trip to Regent Cruises was full of joy and anticipation.
