★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛開始試穿還很親切，試到第三款時就態度明顯冷淡（當時店內沒有別組客人），最後沒買成；就非常冷淡… 對於大牌子的服務很是失望

買完立刻換穿，1～2小時後感覺的腳非常疼痛甚至紅腫，到門市詢問可給予什麼協助。
門市小姐只是再三強調：鞋子不能退換貨，購買當下有檢查/試穿，所以不能退換貨。
這些我都清楚，1.難道買的當下穿幾秒鐘沒有不舒服就代表後面長時間也不會不舒服嗎？
2.我也不是要退換貨而是想詢問消費者腳紅腫可以給予什麼協助。只是打發走人。
很糟很糟很糟！
It's really a bad consumer experience!
I changed it immediately after I bought it. After 1 to 2 hours, I felt very painful or even red and swollen in my feet. Ask at the store for assistance.
The store lady just emphasized again and again: The shoes cannot be returned or exchanged. There is an inspection/try-on at the time of purchase, so they cannot be returned or exchanged.
I know all these things. 1. Does it mean that if you buy it for a few seconds and don’t feel uncomfortable, it means it won’t be uncomfortable for a long time in the future?
2. I don't want to return or exchange the product, but I want to ask consumers what assistance they can give for red and swollen feet. Just sent away.
Very bad, very bad, very bad!

The young, cute and popular clerk (with long hair) has very thoughtful service and plenty of professional information. Originally, she just sent shoes for maintenance, and she didn’t have anything to buy, but the introduction of the lady was so attractive that I couldn’t help it. Just buy it! The big button series is really fashionable??
