訂位非常及時回應,用餐環境舒服且安靜,上菜速度合宜,價格也不貴,難得來墾丁來一個浪漫的晚餐非常推薦!

非常物超所值! 且從沙拉、湯、麵包(可續)、主餐、甜點、飲料,每一道都很好吃^^ 完全無愧於價錢(今天兩份套餐都是八百多)與店名的一家好餐廳!!

本人不接業配誠實說,喜歡可以按讚追蹤? 去年同期因為疫情未打疫苗,替女友生日的旅遊取消了,今年不能再讓她受委屈,一個月前決定好的旅店、餐廳,帶她來墾丁放鬆,品嚐精心製作的私廚。 外觀:獨棟的房子,外觀像歐洲餐酒館的店面,寬敞的花園與停車場,彷彿置身在小歐洲。入內後才知道有經營民宿,晚點來搜尋一下房型。木質裝潢的設計,搭配簡單俐落的鄉村風格,開放式的廚房與空間,拉近廚師與客人的距離,這就是私廚的魅力,以下的菜名都會打完整,代表對廚師與料理的尊重? 前菜:煙燻鮭魚沙拉佐芥末籽蘋果油醋 溫室栽培水耕無毒生菜,微苦的特性藉由蘋果油醋降低苦味,再利用起司切塊來提升鹹味,煙燻鮭魚很新鮮,微鹹的風味並無違和,驚艷的是中間白色泡泡中和掉鮭魚卵的鹹,但卻可以吃得到鮭魚卵的口感,可見廚師有涉略分子料理,展現了酸、鹹與苦的微妙平衡。 濃湯與麵包:恆春市場海鮮濃湯 結合恆春新鮮的海鮮,海鮮的鮮味在嘴巴裡綻放,配上白色泡泡可以中和掉過鹹的味道,現烤的麵包香味四溢,濃湯沾上麵包,非常喜歡,好想續碗,麵包我們續了一次。 主菜:煎鴨胸巴薩米克醋義大利麵 首先鴨胸應該是先煎後烤,用橄欖油將鴨胸煎至半熟,再用高溫封烤鎖住肉汁,外皮脆又香,肉質呈現淡粉色,外脆內嫩,這鴨胸處理的非常好;義大利麵麵心煮得剛好,沒有過生的粉味,又能巴住橄欖油的Q度,這道菜給予很高的評價。 主菜:西班牙番紅花海鮮燉飯 蛤蠣大顆很鮮美,蝦子特別去泥沙開背剝殼很貼心,淡菜也煮熟把殼去除,非常有衛生觀念,小卷、小章魚跟花枝也新鮮無異味,燉飯的飯軟硬剛好,符合臺灣人對米粒的喜好,雖不是生米直接燉煮至熟,但米心覺得很適中,調味上很鮮不膩,香料的香氣撲鼻,但鴨胸真的略勝一籌,燉飯也很棒。 飲料:玫瑰鮮奶茶&蜂蜜蘋果醋氣泡飲 淡淡的玫瑰香氣搭配鮮奶,微微的奶泡使奶茶滑順;氣泡飲很清爽,酸酸甜甜的,突然好想喝香檳,可惜開車不飲酒。 甜點:萊姆酒冰淇淋蛋糕&脆片奶酪 萊姆酒冰淇淋配上紮實的蛋糕體很搭,不會過於甜膩,淡淡的酒香有大人的風味;奶酪有淡淡的伯爵茶香,上方脆片增加不同口感,撒在杯中很像小型的模型水晶球,多了點雅緻,甜點適合大人享用。 總結:這次用餐體驗很棒,餐點的味道很有水準,用餐環境很舒適,還有一個貓咪超可愛。非常喜歡老闆的室內設計,小的也是木質傢俱的愛好者。原本是美好私廚與章魚二選一,仔細看完評論與照片後,選擇在此用餐慶生,真的不虛此行,謝謝你們準備的晚餐,也推薦朋友來墾丁用心品嚐私廚的魅力。

Avoid at all costs. Rude, arrogant people serving overpriced tasteless swill. ZERO vegetarian options and pompous refusal of creativity. If you have the misfortune of staying at the adjacent overpriced hotel, eat out instead. Worst restaurant ever!
