★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always crowded by the lunch/ dinner time, I had salmon set along a big bowl miso soup with extra fish/ tofu. The salmon are seasoning well, fresh salmon, delicious rice, texture and flavor- worthy paying and satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome Japanese stream style restaurant at a walking distance from the central station and near many high quality hostels. The tables are outside and chairs are stools. The quality of the food is great, good service and price level is a bit on the high end for the type of restaurant. Highly recommended for a visit. Grab a donut for dessert from the next door shop as you leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really fresh fish. Place is swamped with locals and during lunch the queue is stretching long into the street. Here you can get fresh tuna, sushi rolls or lobster ramen. Great place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yum, yum, yum. Delicious sushi at a great price (NT 250 for this bowl plus a free miso soup). Came out fast. Be sure to go at an off peak time as this place can get busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you love sushi or sashimi, this is your place. The fish is fresh and high quality, the dishes are large, the soup served with the meal is a nice addition to the whole image. Sometimes it's crowded, but the staff works extremely hard and everybody can be seated and served fast. Truly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered salmon fried rice is very nice.the price is not expensive. it is near taipei main station. it is very convenient to get there. The bad thing is that you sometimes must lineup for 10 minutes. But it is worthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I pass by this place all the time and now I can understand why it's always packed. Casual outdoor seating with a laid back feel you don't get in most Japanese restaurants. Good for solo travelers, inexpensive, and decent selection for a fast meal.
