老師跟同學都很有耐心協助新學員是很適合TRX初學者的場所 比較不方便的是要額外多帶一雙乾淨內用鞋,因為我有在別的地方上過不需要額外帶鞋子的TRX課程所以比較不適合因此而覺得麻煩的人

It is more inconvenient to bring an extra pair of clean inner shoes, because I have taken TRX courses elsewhere that do not require additional shoes, so it is not suitable for people who find it troublesome.

使用第一次體驗課程,上的是皮拉提斯,小班制(約12個人),場地舒服,設備也齊全,老師有趣又細心,第一次體驗覺得很好玩!櫃檯服務人員說明清楚,會讓人想再去運動!

Took a Yoga glow class with instructor Crystal here and really enjoyed the space. It’s cozy and bright. The class itself had a good pace & the music went with the flow pretty well. It’s super easy to get to from MRT stop- Guting. Thumbs up ?
